Purchase terms for Liminis Education Center.

Terms for purchasing digital training, advice and tailored programmes from Liminis.

These terms explain what applies before, during and after purchasing Liminis training or advice.

General

Terms

These purchase terms apply when you order digital training, advice or tailored training from Liminis Education Center.

Seller and customer contact: Liminis Education Center, sole proprietorship. Mor Annas väg 6, 443 51 Lerum, Sweden. Email: info@liminis.se. Website: liminis.se.

The terms apply to both businesses and individuals unless stated otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection legislation also applies to purchases made by individuals.

By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the customer accepts these terms.

  • Digital training
  • Advice
  • Tailored training

Ordering

Terms

Ready-made Swedish digital courses are ordered on the courses page and paid for by card through Stripe Checkout. Customers review and accept the terms before paying. Verified payment triggers an automatic purchase confirmation containing the relevant agreement information and course link.

Larger orders, invoice purchases, tailored training, advice and consultancy are arranged through contact, quotation and written agreement. The content, scope, price and delivery are confirmed for each assignment.

Customers are responsible for accurate customer and billing details, especially the email address used for the course link. A card order is confirmed by the purchase confirmation after verified payment. Quotation-based assignments follow the accepted quotation or written agreement.

  • Direct purchase of ready-made Swedish courses
  • Quotations for teams and tailored assignments
  • Purchase confirmation by email

Payment

Terms

LIMINIS Education Center is a sole proprietorship. Sales are exempt from VAT under Chapter 18, Section 4 of the Swedish VAT Act. No VAT is charged. The displayed SEK price is the final price for one participant; no additional fees apply.

Card purchases are offered only to customers resident or established in Sweden. International purchases and English courses are paused until language versions and tax rules are ready. Invoice orders and tailored training are handled by separate agreement.

Stripe handles card payments. The amount may first be authorised and is captured after verification. An authorisation, cancelled checkout or unsuccessful payment does not itself grant course access. Stripe handles the payment receipt and LIMINIS sends a separate purchase email with the course link, agreement confirmation and withdrawal form. These documents concern the same purchase and are not additional payment requests.

Invoices and assignments requiring a quotation follow the payment terms of the written agreement. Liminis may withhold delivery until payment and the necessary customer details have been received.

Invoice

Terms

Businesses and organisations may pay by invoice by agreement.

Invoice terms, the due date and any required reference are stated on the invoice or in the quotation.

Late-payment interest and reminder fees may be charged in accordance with applicable law.

  • Provide the correct billing address
  • Include a reference or purchase order number where needed
  • Contact Liminis with invoice questions

Delivery of digital training

Terms

New purchases of digital courses include access for six calendar months from the verified payment time in Sweden (Europe/Stockholm). Access ends at the corresponding date and time six months later, using the last day of the month if needed. The confirmation states the deadline.

After verified card payment, the course link is emailed automatically to the address entered in Stripe Checkout. If an approved link is missing, Liminis contacts the customer to arrange manual delivery; immediate access is not promised in that case. Invoice purchases, group orders and tailored courses are delivered as agreed.

Courses run in Genially in your browser without a separate LIMINIS course account. A direct purchase covers one participant and the link is not intended to be shared with others.

The customer is responsible for having the equipment, internet connection and browser required to access the training.

Liminis may make reasonable technical updates or adjustments to delivery and course materials without reducing the substance of the training.

The access period is a contractual right to use the course. Delivery uses a shared Genially link without a personal LIMINIS account. The link is not automatically blocked for an individual when access ends or a refund is made. Continued technical availability does not extend the right to use it. Contact info@liminis.se if access fails during the agreed period. This does not limit statutory remedies for defects or non-delivery.

  • Six-calendar-month right of access for new purchases
  • Course link by email, without a separate course account
  • Digital delivery and technical requirements

Tailored training

Terms

Tailored training is planned around the customer’s needs, audience, scope and agreed delivery arrangements.

Content, dates, price, delivery format and any preparation requirements are specified in the quotation, engagement confirmation or other written agreement.

Changes requested after a quotation has been accepted may affect the price, schedule and delivery.

  • Needs assessment and planning
  • Online or on site as agreed
  • Changes are agreed in writing

Right of withdrawal (individuals)

Terms

Individuals purchasing at a distance generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date the contract is entered into.

Automatic delivery of a course link does not itself remove the right of withdrawal. The current purchase flow does not request a waiver of that right. Consumers retain their right of withdrawal under applicable rules.

Clearly tell us that you wish to withdraw, for example through the withdrawal function on this page or by contacting info@liminis.se. No particular form is required. Include your name, email and order reference if possible so we can identify the purchase. The online withdrawal function sends an acknowledgement; this is not confirmation of a completed refund and does not limit your statutory right to a refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses or organisations.

  • 14 days for individuals
  • Automatic delivery does not automatically waive your rights
  • Online withdrawal, email or another clear statement

Cancellation

Terms

Cancellations of advice, workshops or tailored training must be made in writing.

Cancellation, rescheduling and any compensation for work already undertaken are governed by the quotation or engagement confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, Liminis may charge reasonable costs for preparation, reserved resources and work already completed.

Complaints

Terms

Contact info@liminis.se within a reasonable time if a course or service is faulty or delivery does not work. Describe the problem and include the order reference or assignment details if available. Do not provide card details.

Liminis must be given an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the issue through renewed access, additional materials or another reasonable measure.

Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms or by six-month course access. Reporting a defect and withdrawing from a purchase are different rights. Refunds are assessed and handled separately; submitting an enquiry does not trigger an automatic refund.

  • Contact us within a reasonable time
  • Describe the issue clearly
  • Include order or course details where possible

Limitation of liability

Terms

Liminis is responsible for delivering training and services with professional care and in accordance with the agreed content.

Training and advice support knowledge, structure and decision-making. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, internal implementation and compliance within their organisation.

Liminis is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of production or consequential damage except where required by mandatory law.

Intellectual property

Terms

All course materials, training content, presentations, text, images, models and digital resources belong to Liminis or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise.

Customers may use materials for their own participation and internal learning under the agreed licence or order.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, published, recorded or made available to others without written permission from Liminis.

  • Personal or agreed use
  • No unauthorised distribution
  • Written permission is required for reuse
