Choose a Swedish course on the courses page, review the information and accept the purchase terms. Pay by card in Stripe Checkout. Once payment is verified, the course link and purchase information are emailed automatically to the address you enter at checkout. Contact us for multiple participants or an invoice. English course purchases remain paused.
The displayed price is the final price for one participant. Stripe handles payment; your card may be authorised before the amount is captured. Stripe handles the payment receipt. LIMINIS sends the course link, agreement confirmation and withdrawal form in a separate purchase email. An authorisation or cancelled checkout is not a confirmed payment.
No VAT is charged. Sales are exempt from VAT under Chapter 18, Section 4 of the Swedish Value Added Tax Act. No fees are added to the displayed Swedish course price. Invoice purchases, group orders and tailored assignments are priced by agreement.
After verified payment, an automatic purchase email contains a Start the course button linking to Genially. If an approved course link is missing, we arrange delivery manually and contact you; immediate access is not promised in that case.
No. You open the Genially course from your purchase email without a separate LIMINIS course account. Access is for the participant covered by the purchase; the link is not intended to be shared with others.
New purchases include six calendar months from verified payment, calculated in Swedish time. If the corresponding date does not exist, the last day of the month is used. Your purchase email and agreement attachment state the deadline. This is a contractual right to use the course; the current shared Genially link is not automatically blocked for an individual. Earlier purchases retain their agreed terms.
An internet connection and a browser that can display Genially content. No separate course app is required. Read the course description for its content, level and scope. Contact us before buying if you have specific technical or accessibility requirements.
Yes. Contact info@liminis.se or use Multiple participants / Request a quote beside the course. We agree the participant count, price, invoicing and delivery with you. A standard direct purchase on the website covers one participant.
Describe your audience, needs and preferred format on the contact page. Scope, price and delivery are agreed in a quotation or written agreement. Advice, consultancy and tailored training are not purchased through a standard course card checkout.
This can be arranged as a tailored assignment. Contact us to discuss the audience, content, dates and practical requirements. Ready-made courses purchased directly on the website are delivered digitally.
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from the date the contract is concluded. Our current checkout does not request a waiver, even when the course link is delivered automatically. Use the withdrawal function on the purchase terms page or email info@liminis.se. The acknowledgement is not confirmation of a completed refund. Businesses and organisations have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Email info@liminis.se with your order reference and a description, such as a broken link or the wrong course. We investigate and help resolve the problem where appropriate. Reporting a defect and withdrawing from a purchase are different rights. Six-month course access does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
A diploma or certificate is included only where explicitly stated for the course or in your agreement. When a participant completes a course that includes a certificate, LIMINIS issues and sends it manually. Contact info@liminis.se for certificate assistance. The website does not automatically issue or email diplomas based on course completion.
Check your spam folder and the email address entered at checkout. If payment is still being verified, wait for confirmation or check the order again before buying again. If the email is missing after confirmed payment, contact info@liminis.se with your order reference. Never send full card details.
Contact info@liminis.se with the course name, order reference and a brief description. Include your browser and device if helpful. Do not share card details or private security keys. You can also use the contact form.
Not yet. English and international course purchases are paused until the course versions and tax rules are ready. You can browse the English website and register your interest. A Swedish course is not automatically supplied instead of an English version.
Courses are short and focused. Check each description for its stated scope; many take around 20–60 minutes. Study time is different from the six-calendar-month access period.
